All purchases made on the Pekatopia Rust Server, including VIP kits and digital perks, are considered final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

2. Digital Goods

Our VIP kits and in-game perks are classified as digital goods. Once delivered, they are instantly accessible and non-returnable. Due to the nature of digital items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, even in the following scenarios:

• Accidental purchases
• Failure to use perks before expiration
• Game wipes or resets
• Player bans or kicks for violating server rules

3. Technical Issues

If you do not receive your VIP access or encounter an issue, please contact us immediately or reach out via our Discord channel. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our server and Discord. We are open to communication and will assist with any legitimate purchase issues.

5. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
